Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unexpected changes can arise,
and we aim to handle adjustments with care and clarity.

Cancellations made within 72 hrs of registration are eligible for a full refund.

After 72 hrs, a $150 administrative fee will be retained to cover planning and processing costs.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at support@jumeshawade.com.

Beginning May 15, 2026, all payments become non-refundable due to lodging, catering, and vendor commitments.

If you’re unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another guest at any time prior to the event with written notice
to support@jumeshawade.com. We are happy to assist in making that transition seamless.

This seasonal immersive experience requires advance coordination to create something truly special for every guest. Thank you for understanding!
